Prefabricated modular buildings are collapsible structures consisting of a stable frame and cladding. The basic element of such a design is a block module. Models of block modules differ in size, so you can plan a building with any parameters. The area of the building can then be easily increased by adding modules or adding a floor of them.

The block module is based on a rectangular metal profile frame. The frame is supplemented with elements to which windows and doors are mounted, as well as cladding inside and outside the module. In order for the building to be fire-resistant and resistant to moisture, flame-retardant and anti-corrosion agents are applied to the metal parts of the module.
The walls of the frame are made of sandwich panels. They are produced at the factory separately, or immediately mounted on a ready-made metal frame. First, elements corresponding to the parameters of the block module are cut out of the panels, and then they are easily inserted into the gaps between the frame guides.
There are many ways to finish the module externally. The most popular materials for this purpose are varnish, paint, panels for cladding. The latter at the same time can imitate masonry or timber. In general, the exterior decoration can be interesting and functional, while its installation does not require much time and effort.
Inside the module, you can use the usual materials for finishing the premises. The floor covering is usually tile, laminate, board or linoleum, the mills are sheathed with clapboard, MDF panels, plastic slats. For ceilings, any kind of structures made of suspended and overhead elements or slats are used.
Modular buildings are resistant to temperatures from - 5C to +50C and withstand any climate. The insulation ensures the safety of the structure. Its thickness may be different, the buyer has options for block modules insulated with a special layer of 5 - 20 cm. Depending on the budget and the needs of the buyer, the insulation can be both foreign and domestic production.
The modular building, as well as other buildings, is provided with communications: ventilation, electrical network, water and sewer systems. Thanks to this configuration, it is comfortable to be in the building of block modules.
