4. Stand, legs should be on the width of the shoulders. Make squats slowly, reducing the buttocks back. Your hips should be parallel to the floor. Do not slouch and do not bow the head. Move to the starting position. Repeat 15-20 times.
5. Lie the belly on the big ball for exercises. Put your hands on the floor. Do not clamp your head and do not twist it. Bending the buttocks, alternately lift the right and left leg. Repeat 25 times on each side.
Repeat the entire series of exercises twice. After a week add one series.
