Hello guys, Recently I bought new ISV from Werk34 and yesterday put it on the car. Mine was dead and I manually adjusted it to idle ~900 rpm(running it without the ecu plug) with the screw but decided to buy a new one. Bought the new one, put it on the car but when I start the car it instantly revs to 3-4k rpm then drops down to 1.5 and starts to idle 700-1.5k rpm. Sometimes just stays at 1.5k on idle Its buzzing, the wires are good. Any ideas ? Its a MK2 with an early ABF swap.
i'd be looking at the idle switch for starters, plus you can look at adjusting the throttle stop a bit potentially
Tested with different ISV from friends -> everything seems alright, so probably the new ISV is toast, gonna refund it
