So I got three ABF Pistons off Nige and hopefully I can take them over to my engineering friend over the road tomorrow and see if he can take 2.25 mm off the top of the Pistons and redo the valve pockets then
    1 pull finger out
    2 take race engine out
    3 strip hone
    4 fit new rings
    5 clean and rebuild engine
5a tidy engine bay while engine and box are out maybe spray white to show up any leaks early
    6 sort fueling issues
    7 cut up black mk2
8 move white mk2 to where black one is now
9 move RE2000 out of mates garage into container where white one is
10 put red 8valve pimp mobile in my mates garage
11 fit AFR guage I bought off Nige today
12 finish taking heater matrix out and put new blower in
    13 run in engine
14 tidy things up inside car
15 tidy up outside of car
    16 book a track day [:s]
    Have I forgotten anything ?

    Dancing girls.

No rebuild is complete without dancing girls.

    And chocolate.

And maybe a parrot, but don't let it near the dancing girls.

I'm in the dog house again with Mrs as my brother told her about number six the red 8 v and she gave me a telling off saying I'm selfish not taking her feelings int account :( so I need to be very careful with my time and money :(

Hope to take piston over in a bit to get the engine rebuild moving the who knows just have to see how things go .
At least I'm doing a bit of something with it [:D]

Well you won't believe it but the sunshine has driven me out of my office and I've almost got the engine out [:D]
Only got the inner cvs to disconnect and lift it out :thumbup

While the engines out I'll put my quick rack in
Foil wrap the steering boot
    Tidy wiring

Anything else I should do ?
I'll take a few pics of the bay when the engines out .
