    Yep , the high life in Manchester lol

    Celebrating two days and a night without the children :o our once or twice a year treat [:s] when grandparents will look after the girls .

    Great John st hotel ,Manchester .

    Used TopCashback and then got a 100 room upgrade , love it :thumbup:

    But spent a fortune shopping in Manchester and Costco [8(]

    There's so many awsome hotels in Manchester now it's ridiculous.

    Check out Hotel Gotham it's where we had our sojourn last year [:D] didn't get upgraded to a suite though had to make do with a mid range room lol

    But i dont want to go north of the wall, winter is coming lol

    I had a nice holiday about a month ago. Rented an apartment at a hotel in Devon with family. I think we managed to get the last few days of sun before it turned cold.

    Also got to load 40 tonnes of plastic onto lorries today [:s]

    Today, is a good day. Nay, a great day.

    Today was the day I brought my amazing, fantastic, legend and hero of a Dad, home from the hospital. Up to last Thursday week, he was regarded as the fittest man over 45 around. Right up til he had a surprise heart attack, which led to needing a triple bypass. Totally unannounced, and unexpected. Non drinker, non smoker, little or no fatty foods , salt, butter, little or no dairy, and cycles a couple hundred kms a week.
    Which he has recovered from.

    So, yeah, today. Today was a good day.
