Had to pop out after I had made the seat mounts on the beige car and thought I'd take this for a drive to get a few miles on it, drove much nicer and is actually getting better and smoother as you drive
It did cut out at a junction and wouldn't start again seemed like bad earth so I tried bump starting it on my own but the traffic built up! And it didn't go! I was fuming! Jumped back in and it turned over fine and eventually fired into life again!
The drive back was fine, filled up with some super unleaded maybe go for another spin tomorrow

Got the stereo fitted yesterday so dash hasn't got a gaping hole in it now, aerial doesn't work though which may cause an issue with headlining having to come out again!!!! Think I'll plug the iPhone in to the aux socket?

Dropped the car off this morning which was an ordeal in itself, got to the roundabout near the rolling road and the car coughed and spluttered and was misfiring terribly I limped it in first gear slipping the clutch as any amount of grip from the clutch the revs just dropped! hazards where on and angry drivers where overtaking on the inside! I had to go round the roundabout! I tried hiding in the seat!
Anyway had a phone call about 2.30 which I missed called back but no answer and drove down to see what was going on?
Steve said the injectors were basically dribbling the fuel into the cylinders on 1 and 4 which he had removed and cleaned as much as possible
The car was unstrapped and he said take it up the road for a test drive, immediately I noticed the drive ability as it was smooth and pulled well but not as exciting as I hoped but at least it's drivable and I can get on with the final bits and pieces

Sorry for lack of updates but it's locked away in my mates garage as I've still got the Volvo at the workshop!

Obviously I'm thinking about making it a bit more interesting!

1 I have a set of jenveys and the emerald ecu

2 I have a T3/4 turbo kit for KR plus the emerald

    3 I have 4 or 5 20v's sitting about

I'm thinking of using the jenveys for ease, once I have trigger wheel sorted it can be used either way
