Awesome build Mike Do you know the duration & lift of these cams? I'm in South Africa we use a similar engine in the polo cup kit car but milder cams and much lower compression. The polo cup cam: 295 deg & 9,6mm lift on the intake 293 deg & 11,25mm on the exhaust side The cams you're using might be the G4H camshaft: 310 deg and 12,5mm lift intake 285 deg and 12,75mm lift exhaust Sadly mine for stolen and it's hard to find G4H rally cams in S.A. Also which injectors are you using? I'm maxxed out using 440cc injectors on 50/50 pump fuel and E95 ethanol mix making 161kw and 239nm The new plan is to use much larger injectors, more timing and full E95 ethanol(no mix) & hoping I reach the 170kw mark. Compression is just under 12:1 I assume it's around 11:8:1
I know that catcams in belgium makes the replica G4K (Golf 4 Kitcar) cams. Just contact them. I don't know what injector is used, but I can ask my tuner. If you use 50mm itb's, G4K cams and a nicely ported head you should do more than 170kw
