Is it possible to make a Mk4 6speed TDI box fit with a Mk2 16v? I know that the TDI is hydralic and 16v is cable operated but apart from that are there any drive train restrictions.

It would make it ideal for sprinting imo

the ratios are sky high in that box, 236mph in 6th??? what sprint track are you going to run that on?

the seat leon 180 has the same box with better ratios, thats what I am using, it will fit but needs subframe surgery and shortened driveshafts
