Just recievied my bumper off ebay which was sodl as excellent condition.....
Yes... The metal inside if bent along with the bumper its self, and the sides of the bumper on the black plastic (so can't be rubbed down neatly) are scratched to f**k.

f**king ebayers, why advertise stuff thats poo? [:x]

if somethings mint, its mint regardless of age.

if it aint, then it aint [:x]

Unfortunately, the common definition of 'excellent' can easily be skewed to suit the description of an item being sold by an ignorant and insincere individual.

Ie, the fact that it's still in one piece could be used as a reason for it being described in 'excellent' condition. [8(]

Detailed photographs are the way forward tbh.

    I sent him a e-mail saying
i'm unsure you've sent the right bumper as the one you listed was in excellent condition, the one i received was bumped and scratched.

Got a e-mail back i'm sure as i only had one and it was good.

    so i replied.
Good? or Excellent? you described it as excellent condition the words i would of chosen were bumped and scraped.
Please tell me what you wish to do about it.
    rick.
