    Technical Tip - GoldMine
    You can personalise your mail merge letters with more information than that which is in your preferences.

    For example you can add your e-mail address, web site or some other personal information.

    Get your Goldmine administrator to add some fields to your USER.INI file. They should create a new section called [user_var] and add some variables, e.g.

    [user_var]
    Email=sharon.barendse@enickelodeon.com
    Web=www.enickelodeon.com

    When creating or updating your templates in Word, you will find these new options under the USER VARS section of the 'Insert Goldmine Field' box
