    who is ailsa?

    anyway back to the point

best tyres for 9x16's are the federals...great tyre..ask bob(phatg60)- he will agree.

205 40's would be the best tyre....

on prices, wait until they reply.... ;)

205/40 is not wide enough for 9-16. Go with either 215/40 or 215/35

    don't bother with 205s IMO...

i had them on my keskins and as far as i was concerned they were too narrow..
    215/40s should be perfect IMO.

what car are these going on Enigmatik33??

in which case to run that width wheel you're goin to need G60 arches and a fair bit of arch work if you plan on lowering it much!

well body work is going in to get tidied soon, so arches will be off, and done then. as for lowering it it will probably go down only 30mm on eibach springs after christmas as too many speed bumps to get over getting in and out of home.

yeah i though so too rags, was always put of 16's as tyres were expensive but might change my mind one day.

You cant get Reifenfreigaben 205/40-16 with 9-16.

What does it mean? That the manufacturer of the tire says it is unsafe and you can suffer tyre blow out. Who want that when cornering at 70 mph?

means it's unsafe to do so and that you may suffer a blow out!

mytyres say 225/35/16 is a wrong tyre size phat

don't know if she can go 60mm, 30 will have to do but should make clearance better
