16V head on 2L Block from mk4 Xflow

Can it be done?

I have a 16V 1.8L head and a 2L 8V Xflow engine sat in my garage. Anyone know if the oil & water galleys will match up?

If it's possible, I'll be looking into some custom pistons to sort the compression for supercharging.
