16v kr engine main bearing cap torques

Hello looking for for the above

Hayes seems to pass over this for the kr 16 engine

8 valve mentions 65nm

searched and found abf 60nm plus 90o (autodata)

but cannot find anything for kr engine

mk3s were fitted with the stretch type bolts, requiring additional 90deg. To tell them apart mk3 had thread all the way.

 

my replacements were threaded all the way (febi replacements)

 

In that case 60nm plus 90deg.

 

and what about M10x65 12.9 grade, half thread ?

 

Etka lists same pn for mk2 and mk3, the stretch type witch is 10.9. My 1.6 ez and a 1.8 gu had tread halfway, a mk3 1.8 aam and a 2.0 agg had all the way.
My 1.6 ez had 10.9 grade, dont know about 12.9. Some tfsi had 12.9

Those in the pic have their own manufacturer spec, if not just 65nm as they are non stretch.
