Car was left for 3 weeks while I was on holiday, when I came home started it and it cut out straight away, stied to start again and engin spins won`t fire, scanned for codes and came up with a camshaft sensor, replaced that today, car still wont start and the display is coming up with "oil pressure, engine stop".

Also the steering wheel light is up on the dash in yellow.

    Any ideas?

steering light in yellow mean the basic setting of the steering has been lost, most likely the battery is or has been flat
Stop oil pressure is normal if you leave it cranking with out it starting

battery ok if it's too slow cranking it will bring the steering light on, only other thing I have came across a couple of times now is the fuel pump clogged up, difficult to spin up either new pump or clean it out, guess work if you have no way of testing pressure unless there is no fuel coming up the line to the engine

    F@ck :-0

That'll teach you to go away and leave it for three weeks lol

So- any explanation as to why it went in that fashion? Were there any signs of gasket failing before you went away? Watery oily smell or the like?

Holy hell. We went from a dead battery to a new engine in a few posts!
Are you saying this is a touran? How many miles on it?
