Im afraid there is no space for baffles in the sump as with all FSI /TFSI 2.0 engines within the sump is a huge oilpump / ballance shaft assy that fills most of the sump, chance that oil will move a lot around should be minimal. An other option is to remove the ballance shafts from the pump housing and make baffles in the sump
Cheers! Interesting, I've embarrassingly never actually looked in the sump so wouldn't know. That'll be the place to start and decided whether I think that there is a risk from there.
On a Seat Supercopa there are no oil pressure isseus, even with up to 2.2 G on data logging. The engines are fully STD ( block / head) Engine codes are BHZ / CDL Have a look halfway down this page : http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/343277-2-0l-tfsi-bpg-cylinder-head-failure-(56k-warning)
