239mm Pad - Recommendation - 8v GTI

    Hello,

    I used to run a G40 which has the same front brake setup as an 8v GTI - 239mm vented discs.
    I really liked running the Ferodo Ds2500 pads.

    However, I can't find them for sale...
    And
    What other pads do you guys run on a 239mm vented set up...links appreciated.

    (Yes I know a 16v 256mm setup would improve the stopping power - I could run this as I have 14" wheels)

    Try hawk pads, alternately going for the larger 256mm discs and pads with some decent textar/ate or trw pads should do you allright!
