25k to spend, what to get?

Well sold the Scirocco, so have a heap of cash needing to be used.

Cant decide what to do

Wait and put it all on a new Scirocco R,
Buy a used S3 around the 20k mark and a nice MK2,
MK5 GTI, throw some cash on wheels, exhaust, map and Coilovers etc, make
or just buy a few Mk2's

get a focus rs - then no need to bother about wheels, map, exhaust

I hear there's a mint, unregistered Mk1 shell on Ebay for 6.5K

 

but the buyer shill bids, so he will end up having to bid 20k to win it?

5k on a sorted Mk1 or Mk2 with lots of power, 18k on a run down cottage in the hills, and the other 2k on a sled and huskies, for the hieland winter
