Hey all, hoping someone can provide some assistance. I've just put a 3.2 engine from a 04 Audi A3 in my Corrado. Took it for MOT and emissions were sky high, lambda readings passed but HC and CO were way over. I'm running single sports cat (that passed fine with a VR6 engine), 2 pre cat lambdas, rears were unplugged but people have suggested they need to be plugged in so have done that since. Have used the 3.2 temp sensor in vr6 housing, removed SAI and N80 but thats about it. Anyway heres the error codes (before I plugged lambdas back in) and measuring block screenshots. Anyone have any suggestions on possible cures?

It was suggested lambdas may be in wrong bank but checked them and they are right way round (unfortunately)

aye you need the Lambda Sensors plugged in
i'd run all 4 if it was me that or get the rear ones coded out and just run the pre cat ones

think that ecu is from a A3 with DSG but don't quote me on that

I intend to get the rear lambdas coded out, but until I can drive to stealth I'm a bit stuck.

That ECU is indeed from an A3 with DSG. I've looked again tonight and there just seems to be absolutely no lambda adaption, measuring blocks 30, 32 and 33 just stay at 0%, however shows 14v ish and throws a code when I disconnect.

I ran a hanging pedal from a 1.8t of some kind, can't remember the exact one though.

if you have just plugged them back in clear the codes then let it readapt
it takes a short run to do that
