    hi

im currently in the process of looking for a major project to start on my mk1. im thinking of maybe g60 4wd?
obviously this is going to be a VERY expensive and long winded project but imo will be worth it in the end...

thing is, i dont know where to start with a 4wd system. Has anyone else done a 4wd mk1 on the forum? if not, anyone know where i need to start?

it wont be happening for a while yet, but i'd like to get searching for parts and donor cars etc so any info would be much appreciated!

    thanks alot

    Nath [8D]

Ben Leach made one with 4wd and 300hp using a 1.8t and bits from a rallye. Get a copy of PVW 8/03, theres some more details in there as his car is featured [:D]

designa dubs are likely to be mega expensive tho rite?

i'd rather take a few months over the summer and sort it DIY style. i know that may sound foolish but i think it would be possible, especially if done whilst swapping engines over...

i need to start buying parts now tho [:s] [:s]

i'll have a browse on designa dubs forum :) ;)
