    Hi all,
I own an mk1 with a 2.0 16v 6a engine (which is from an audi, similar to the 1.8 kr) using K-jetronic.

The problem that I have is that my ISV clicks but it doesn't buzz. Since I hooked up the red/green Coolant temperature sensor it stopped buzzing. I checked the wire and it has around 5v coming from the ISV control unit, while the black/white wire from the ISV has 0v. Which seems odd to me.

Anyone has any idea what this could be?

try the yellow/red wire on the other 2 sensors for ecu and isv, make sure they read about the same on the dash clocks. (you meant blue/white for ecu sensor right?)

    Hi
The ISV works, I don't know what happened, but after connecting the wires again it worked just fine. Thanks for the reply Jonny. Your posts have been very helpful for all sorts of electrical issues after I started on this project.
