advice please. I have just finished putting the engine back together on my '86 k jet mk1 cab, the head gasket had gone and then blown a hole in the oil cooler so it was all a bit messy! anyway, all back together and I can get it to start and run up to temp, fan cuts in etc, all good. not taken it for a spin yet and only had it running at idle, but the problem is when I switch on the ignition, there is no buzz from the fuel pump by the tank. have checked the fuse which is ok, and the car runs, you just notice the lack of buzzing noise. any ideas or suggestions welcome, thanks
some relays will prime the pump and some will not, it makes no odds. main thing is it runs when cranking
