'90 spec 16v master cylinder...

Hi guys. Just wondering what size my 90 spec 16v master cylinder is. On my previous golf I fitted a 280mm brake setup, braided hoses and an Audi 23.8mm cylinder. The brakes were rock hard but awesome. Thinking of doing the same but with a 22mm master cylinder (if that's what I have at the moment).

I believe they are 22mm.

 

22.2 to be pedantic...

if your doing the swap you may aswell go for another 23.4mm m/c again. I got one off ebay for 17quid brand new. the guys shop was autopartssurplus or something similar.

 

Oooh, thats handy. I also need a 25mm one for my E30 S50 swap.. I have a second hand one but i'm dubious about it as it's sat dry for a long time.
