    Hi,

I have a 2.0.L 16V engine from a 1990 Passat GT (9A) that I want to put in my 1988 1.8 8V GTI. Have anyone got any relevant technical info that would be useful - I am especially interested in the wiring diagrams / info for the 16V engine management to the fusebox and how they can be coverted to the 8V fusebox. Thanks for your help.

Sorry guys, left out some info.........the 8V engine is a PB (digifant) , the 16V mechanical, major differences in fusebox configuration but guessing the plugs from engine management to fusebox on 16V are fuel pump and some other sensors that need fusing. All other mechanical bits (engine mounts, gearbox, etc) are easy, it's just the fusebox area whereI need a little insight.........before I dive in and find out the hard way. Thanks for your help.
