Can the abs faults be diagnosed on a 1990 edition 1 g60 by vag's computer?
As my local vw dealer seem to think that the abs on my car is not computerised.

    cheers

start by cleaning the wheel sensors...when the light comes on test the ohm reading of all 4 sensors..fronts are on the turrets..rears under the seat

if one of em reads differant...its duff..repalce it

if you take the wheel off..follow the sensor wire it will end at the sensor head which is behind the disc..do whatever you can ..usually a cloth with brake cleaner on will be ok. if you can be bothered take off the discs, but attempt to remove the sensor as you will destroy it by trying to get it out
