adding an mp3 /cd player

hi there

i want to add an mp3/cd player to my golf mark 4 keeping the existing head unit. is this a straight forward installation ?? and any recommendations on makes/models around 250 ??

or do you mean a cd changer whihc plays mp3's?
do they exsist?

 

yes, it has 2 head unit slots. 1 slot housing my existing vw stereo and 1 slot vacant.

 

you can get changers that play mp3s, but I think you'll need an mp3 compatible headunit to work it

 

go for the pionee deh77mp 230 and u'll need the autoleads fascia adapter
