Any tips/ideas on how to do it.
I have a mk3 turbo diesel to which i want to add an intercooler from a mk3 tdi, so was just wondering how to 'mate' it up.

I did this on my mk2 td> its quite simple really get an intercooler that fits oe items are prob best for yours, once you have fitted the ic just work out the pipe work you need and source it from where ever, scrapyards if your on a budget.
ps you may have to turn the inlet elbow on your turbo so the pipe work can be plumbed in i had to do that on my mk2

i am getting the parts from my local vw breakers off a mk3 tdi, would i be better off getting hold of an inlet manifold at the same time?
