    After what seems like an age of negotiation and waiting to be cleared we move into our new Lab today... Full steam ahead now :lol:

    Are you sure you can afford to do the 4th paying for that unit though Phil. Must cost a shhhheeeeiiittteee load in rent. Very jealous though, its even got heating. Awesome!!!

    I'm fine with a hammock, strung at mezzanine level, just next to the ladders - wouldn't want to be using up valuable space!
