Alarms on ebay

    Has anyone bought one of these alarms off ebay here are they any good or a waste of money ?

    Personally, I would not touch that.

    By the time you put shipping on, you've paid a fair chunk of what it would cost to get a Thatcham approved jobbie fitted professionally.

    boys and girls, always check postage costs before bidding!

    i have a similar one, I am at uni it beeped and i caught some guy trying to break in. I reccomend them.

    btw, you can get them for much less

    you can also cut your engine out with it, and it works for a good 500m in reality. so if they are driving away you just cut the engine

    you can actually get the 600 clifford alarms on ebay () for 130, but you have to know someone who can fit them,

    So is this a good deal, seems to be too good
    to be true?

    Never bought off ebay before so a little unsure,
    but if i went for it a mate would be able to fit it
    would'nt be too happy about it tho as he told me he
    does'nt like fitting clifford's :lol:

    Well , all I do is take the fuel pump relay out and remove the iggy amp lead :lol: , takes a nanosecond and how many braindead car theives have one in their pocket?....I shouldn't have said that lol!
