    yeah, propper gutted for you Dunk mate :( you have the worst luck on your Mk2's!!

    you get nice MK2's, and idiots write them off...you had a mk3 that you wanted this to happen to, and it never happened!


    roll on for another mk2, or mk1 this time ;)?!

    worst thing about this is the chance of his insurance actually paying you what the cars worth is slim to feck all [8(] [:x]

    remember you can claim expenses for almost anything within reason, time off work (even if you get sick pay!), time for travel to look at new cars, mileage costs for your viewings, telephone bills conected with the incident etc etc basicaly any expence you wouldn't have incoured if prick_almighty hadn't driven into you.

    just going through the process now myself.... [:^(] again....[:x]

    You can actually claim for al lthese things? how would you proove it?

    Dang! I waited 8 months to be paid out when an arctic lorry decapitated my MK4 1.8 20v when it was parked up!!!

    on reflection, I did get a brand new MK5 2.0 GT turbo free for my hire car cause I complained a bit :p I had that for over 3 months!

    still - I'd have claimed my time looking (drove around about 1k miles to get the car I bought)
