OK so he has hacked someones account to get a good feedback rating. Hence why he is telling you to use another e-mail other then use "ask seller a question" as he cant change it without gaining access to that mail account. The rest is just a wetern money transfer etc

He might be using a hacked account to gain your email addresses. He may then hope that by sending you fake paypal or ebay address that he can obtain your account details. He may then try to filter your bank account using paypal and transferring the money straight out of there.
