I was looking at this yesterday.

If i had the time, money and space i probably would buy this. As its a A reg its quite special to still be in one piece.

It could be made nice and I am a bit tempted but why does he say wing mirrors on it when they are door mirrors??? Knowing cars and if it says boot floor needs welding at the back, perhaps one good size 9 foot in the boot would knock the whole floor out. Not being horrid or pessamistic, but Himself has been caught "doing favours" for people for nothing - ie one small hole in the boot floor of a car and it ended up with him doing so much and putting so much time and metal into replacing boot floor (not VW thankfully but a *****ty Peugeot) and car floor that he had to go on. No payment as it was "a favour" I will add to an ungrateful person who sold the bloody car for peanuts in the end. Apologies if that sounds cynical but if I had the time I might well buy it but only at the right price, ie 450 as seats etc and plenty of other issues need sorting and time is money, sorry if that is a "female opiniion".
