Anyone experiencing 1.4 TSI 122/125hp engines?

    So, there is the new gas-budgetter being offered in second hand cars aswell now, the 1.4 TSI with 122 or 125hp (depending on manufacturer).

    I know the first versions is said to have the timing chain issues, but VAG mechanic states they are only prone if oil swaps are neglected (15' km services there anyone?).
    As of a general note, I am abit interested in hearing what people experience these cars to be, as a contender to the 1.6 TDI regieme.

    Also, has anyone experienced the approx 150hp chip upgrade on such cars?
    I see MTM, B&B and BSR (Revo type provider) has such solutions now, but are they worth it? I've heard about the 1.4 TSI being measured to approx 139hp...

    [oh yeah, considering an Octavia facelift with 7-speed DSG and such engine...]
