Hi All - I am in the final throws of my 1980 MK1 build. Getting ready to drop the seats off at the trimmer. I wanted to use the MK2 Oettinger fabric per the pic below, but my long search has been a miserable failure. Recaro wont even discuss it. So, my fall back was to just use one of the available factory tartan fabrics. Now I am thinking it may be interesting to use something a bit different. Has anyone used a non-factory tartan on their seat center inserts? I would love to see pics/get some ideas. Thanks! Scott S
