I will post pictures with the differences between FSI and TFSI

The FSI head is 95% the same in construction ( apart from bolt patterns on the outside)

    FSI main differences are:

Inlet port start in same location at manifold flange and goes less steep down to allow a short bend radius

Exhaust port with holes for EGR / port shape is the same as TFSI
Exhaust flange bolt pattern 4x3 bolt

Cover for variocam and HP fuelpump is different, also bolt pattern on head

Adjustustable and fix spanroll position with a bracket

    Ladderframe / Valve cover

Hugo, we may have an FSI head up for offering so we/you could start another thread with differences to keep each thread of dissection clean.

I hope this doesn't come across as negative - would love to see differences.

Just wanted to add thanks to all those who made this come together, especially Brian for taking the time to do it all.

The Thanks buttons is usually sufficient, but sometimes it isn`t, at all.

Can see if I can start something later and possibly tidy up this one...

*Edit* Hugo started a thread on the differences between NASP and turbo cylinder heads >>here<<
