design and fitment were the reasons I went for UK made one. yea I know its more but its in the UK and the guy made it for the car with several visits etc..

Full-Race design wont work on seat ibiza and rhd DP, so had to make our own design.

Full race one is nice, but its design is such the DP wont fit on a rhd car, let alone a seat ibiza.

ah, makes sense. I am thinking about it for a longitudinal fitment so hadn't considered that.
Think yours has a way better flange (head side) than the FR one. especially considering the money!

Oh and use paragraphs man!!! It really has just hurt my eyes from straining to read that SLAB of text.

EDIT/ Its a worrying read though tbh... Trackdaying a customers car and also lending out customers cars?????!!??? I wonder what a few others have to say about it on here.

but the badger5 manifold is still nice and sexy... [:D]
wish it was less but the quality comes @ a price when made by an F1 exhaust manufacturer. Visited their premesis last wekk and geez they can make some stuff!

    Seriously impressive skills and kit.

its been running fine since oct 2006 on this mani.
changed turbo once since to a larger one, which is pushing a lot more airflow than previous.
on the 49lb comp wheel on the previous smaller turbo it made 517bhp/378lbft
New turbo has a 60lb comp wheel and larger exhaust housing. Both turbo's are run at 32-35psi boost. No idea of current power on current turbo. not been on dyno.

planning another manifold for GT35 turbo and external wastegate.
maybe inconel.... maybe lottery numbers req'd tho - DOH!

i run supertech valves and springs (inc Ti retainers) - stock size tho.
cams are specials from catcams, and cyl head is largeport (ported), breathing thru an 007 monster-turbo inlet manifold through an R32 75mm throttle body.
