Agree with you on that one! Looking for something with a similar look/dish to the last pic on the 1st post

    Cheers

That looks awsome and even though it's not smoothed in still looks pretty flush!

I think if the kit stays on then it will definatelly stay standard. Just the fact that if anything happens i can just remove the 1 part instead of having to get the whole side of the car re-done...

Will photoshop some decent wheels on and post it up!

New wheels. maybe this will help

Ok the opinion is, mine included, that kit on or off, the wheels really don't work and aren't helping when people are trying to visualise because allthey can see is the horrible wheels!

So here is a quick photoshop of the kind of wheels i'd like to go for.

Been to the paintshop this afternoon and had a chat about the kit. Because the kit is, in their words, "Well stuck on". We decided that to save a bit of money and as I can do it as and when I have spare time, I'm going to remove the kit myself.

I can take as much time or as little time doing it as I please. I'm pretty handy with a spanner and have done a fair amount of bodywork in my time so should be a breeze. Going to take my time though make sure I do it properly and then I can delivery it to the paintshop ready to work on straight away.

    Going to start it tomorrow!!

I think a red stripe grille would really set it off as well, with these kits it can be a danger of getting too much of the same colour. mine looked awful with body coloured bumpers, but it can work as shown by the white one above

Going to keep the bumpers black, annoyingly the car was originally white with white bumpers! Then when It was re-done, it had the bumpers sprayed blue but were replaced with black ones soon after!

I also have a new grill with red surrounds to go on. Will see what that looks like!
