If that is q question for me, then it was just because that was a set that was for sale at a good price.
Yeah I was just curious, I know of a mk1 with the same setup, they were supposed to sit better or something. Have a set of 047's myself including a spare. I have stainless dishes and bolts for them, gonna either make 8's all round or a staggered set of 8's and 8.5's, the 8.5's might be a bit much though!
Not a fan of the replica splits. They dont look right but I respect peoples budgets. I personaly would get G-Star BBS RA's in 16" over fake splits.
