Hi, Can anyone help me out with a guide or advice on replacing the big end bearings on a 2.0 lump (2E). Please help as im driving a volvo now...[:^(] ALL help, views or details on your experiences greatly appreciated! Cheers Dan
keep everything spotlessly clean, assemble with lots of clean engine oil in all the bearings, get a decent torque wrench, and replace the rod bolts as theyre stretch bolts (o and theyre dealer only and about 6 each. torque settings are 30Nm then angle tighten 90 degrees.
