My Golf G60, when I bought it, came with KW Variant 1 coil-overs which were past their best and definitely are now. When the suspension needed replacing on my Golf V6 4Motion, I replaced it with a Bilstein B12 kit which transformed the driving experience and 5 years later are still performing brilliantly. I am thinking of using the B12 kit as well for the Mk2 and would welcome feedback from anyone who has or is using this setup.
