    Found an BDB ecu diagram (Thanks to Rubjonny), though lots of different colour wires and different locations.

    Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thank you

    P.s. This is the BDB ecu diagram I have been working from.

    Thanks for your help Rubjonny! Do you have an BMJ diagram for 2004 BMJ.

    The diagram you uploaded is for 2006 onwards

    Good man thank you again! Hopefully 2003 and 2004 BMJ have the same wiring too.

    Good man! Had trouble with the lambda wiring having different colour wires and locations again. With the 2006 onward BMJ diagram.

    Will report back when I get chance to go through the loom with the 2005 onwards BMJ diagram

    Finally got around to locating post lambda wiring added new connectors. Now connected.

    Stuck on the following wires:-)

    These are currently loose;

    T121 / 55 white & green - brake pedal switch =

    T121 / 38 black & white - ecu?

    T121 / 60 Orange & Black - T20 D/16?

    T121 / Orange/ Brown - T20/6?

    T121 / 46 Brown / Violet - Secondary Air Pump Relay pin 24?

    T121 / 48 Violet / Brown - Continued Coolant Circulation Relay pin 29

    T121 / 38 Black/ White - Steering Column Electronics - T20b / 13?

    T121 / 39 White / Red - Clutch Position
    Sensor pin 2 g476?

    T121/ 28 Blue / White - T2U/1 & T4/1?

    T121 / 17 Yellow - G83 pin 1 Radiator outlet coolant temperature sender?

    T121 / 50 Brown - G83 pin2 radiator outlet coolant temperature sender?

    T121 / 66 Yellow & Violet - T4D/3 Radiator fan control unit?

    T121 / 56 Black & Yellow - B335 = 67 = A?

    T121/19 Brown & Violet - N220 connection 12 - pin 2?

    T121/55 & 56 - brake pedal switch -> only use if you need a brake switch, i.e. cruise or launch control
    T121/38 - cruise control
    T121/58 & 60 - can-bus, connect your can-bus tach and vss adaptor to these wires
    T121/46 - bin and have SAI coded out
    T121/48 - wire to a relay as negative trigger, use to power the electric waterpump
    T121/39 - Clutch switch, some find ecu hangs between gears without this. run the wire to fusebox area for now, if oyu find same then add a mk4 clutch switch and wire it to that
    T121/43 - diagnostics k-line -> vagcom port pin 7
    T121/28 - alternator DFM. most ignore it and I've never heard of it causing issues
    T121/17 & 50 - radiator outlet coolant temperature sender, bin unless you're wiring in the BMJ fan control unit
    T121/66 - bin unless you're wiring in the BMJ fan control unit
    T121/19 - bin unless you manage to fit an exhaust flap valve N220 (for the nooooooise)
    T121/44 - bin and have SAI coded out
    T121/3 - Coilpack/ECU relay power output, wire to terminal 87 of coilpack power relay
    T121/65 - D/13 if using factory fuel pump relay on fusebox
    T121/62 - permanent live to ECU, tap into to the perm live on pin 30 of the coilpack power relay
    T121/21 - ignition live for ECU, D/2 or D/7, or G spade 2 or 5
    T121/23 - Coilpack/ECU relay trigger, wire to pin 85 of the coilpack power relay
    T121/64 - bin and have carbon canister coded out

    ETKA has no idea what 4B0907650A is, I found a random russian youtube video that says its a pollution sensor for the climate control system. if its not wired to the ecu you can bin it anyway

    ecu 43 -> 7, then live to 16 and earth to 4 :)

    you can also wire the can-bus wires to it but not needed for diagnostics only need the above. If you wanted to fit a can sniffer to it or somethign then:
    58 - can-low -> port pin 14
    60 - can-high -> port pin 6

    Top bloke thank you!

    Had to google can bus sniffer :-)
    CAN Bus Sniffer is a tool that lets users monitor and diagnose problems in a Controller Area Network (CAN) by intercepting and logging traffic data.

    Any recommendations for an tach converter?

    couple I know of, these also inject the ECU VSS signal back into the can-bus if you need that. Supposedly you can have it coded out but I hear mixed information on that so best to ask around, or talk to the guy doing a remap if you've got that booked in they'll know the score:

    Spot on thank you dude!

    Had the ecu setup by our good friend (Shout out to Eddie)Tho not mapped/tuned yet.

    I wasn't aware you could send an VSS signal. Don't really know if I need to or not in all honesty:-)

    well some say it doesnt matter, some say you can have it mapped out, and some say they have different speed based maps inside :lol:
