    It's worth "thowsands".

    always scared of those words "unfinished project" unless in the right hands.

    I'd be more conserned about the positioning of that trolley jack than his spelling.....

    That's one way of creating a heated discussion in BMW circles... "should I jack the car by the rear diff?"

    Rear diff is FINE to jack with!

    If you can do it much heavier Mustangs, vcan definately do it on bimmers.

    was gonna say, i jack wagons up at work by there diffs and they weigh significantly more.

    I jack my E30 under the diff, don't see a problem with it. :)

    Does seem a little odd after years of jacking fwd Golf's up though as a similar jack position on the centre of the rear beam on a Golf wouldn't do it much good!
