Has anyone bought a g60 from supergolf imports in slough? what should i look out for when buying the supercharged beastie?
Normal buyer beware advise about general condition, servicing and accident damage, etc. Evidence that the charger has been recently rebuilt, and if there is none, then allow for 500 to get it rebuilt at a reputable establishment, like JM Racing (07974 020031) for example. The charger should be rebuilt approx every 40k miles. John.
Look out for oil in the pipe from the charger to the intercooler/inlet manifold. Oil is a sign off worn seals/bearings in the charger. An overhaul to stage for is only 500-600. Change the chip and pully for 180-190bhp
