^^Chinese casting so maybe a hybrid. From the picture, that turbo configuration would be to fit a Golf 4 or similar 150-180ps spec engine. 210-240 PS 20vT engines have a 3 bolt flange, parallel with the engine's crank.
yes that's right I'm using the mk4 golf as a donor car ,this turbo configuration is better to fit in the smaller citroen bodyshell .the original turbo was cracked and worn out ,I bought the replica turbo as ive used one for 4years on my Toyota with no problems and at the price no real loss if it blows, couldnt find a good k04 and I have to take the engine out to do anything on it so a cheap new one is better than a worn k04
getting there fair bit yet not rushing it just done gear linkage lever and boot into car ,working fine .
massive thanks to rubjonny for the wiring diagrams ,and toyotec for putting me in contact ,I can now continue with the wiring
hi guys so here is a slight problem my clutch slave cylinder leaks round the insert where the bleed nipple screws in,anyone managed to cure it or is it replace job
sorted the fluid leak, the bleed nipple inset is held in with a circlip and a 6mm id 2mmc/s o,ring fits perfect job sorted .what a crap idea
so ive not done much for a while but just ordered fuse boxes, front hubs, callipers and 283mm discs, turbo pipes and couplers, and an oxygen sensor that is causing me a headache ,the original is a 5 wire ,the new one is a 5 wire but none of my diagrams shows a 5 wire oxygen sensor anyone got a pinout for mk4 ecu with 5 wires oxygen sensor
sorted the wiring for oxy as I had cut the plug off the original only 5 wires but split into 6 in the plug, bits arrived today so better get cracking
