camera detectors

    It was on the radio this morning that the goverment is making moves to make speed camera detectors illegal again.

    Does anyone know any more about this???

    no but it doesnt surprise me in the sligtest because theyre not earning as much money even tho9ugh camera detectors DO slow cars down. This government needs a kick up the rear. Im sick of being watched all the time, if i wanted to be on big brother id apply, you cant do anyhting in this country any more, for all its worth we may as well all be in prison.

    GPS ones will still be legal though [:D]

    It's only the ones that detect the radar/laser that will be outlawed.

    Abyone ever though of sellotaping a piece of car over the lense with a picture of a police car from the laocl area on it hehe

    what about my road angel then? the GPS bit is legal and the detector bit isnt?

    just unplug the laser detector!! mines the road angel too!

    has yours got the built in laser bit or the older veriosn with the plug in??

    Any given gutter, any given day.
    If they want to reduce accidents happening at black spots, ten why not just place a cheap radar (no camera) emitter at the black spot? Then everybody who has a radar detector would slow down, and there would be less accidents......

    Nah thats too obvious!!! They like going to accidents and picking up bits of flesh!

    I'll just unplug the laser detector on my Origin B2. It works on GPS so unless they make that illegal I can still use it [:D]
