OK, You know when things get stuck in your head, and when you know somehting, it's right on the tip of your tongue, then it disappears?

Well, there is an advert (quite old, but now being repeated) for Vauxhall Meriva/Zafira/Something where things keep moving, benches and goalposts fold into the ground, etc... the music in the background is like someone whistling through their teeth...

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHERE HAVE I HEARD THIS MUSIC BEFORE?!?!

It has been driving me mad for a while now.....
