could i possibly get the fitting instructions for yor 103 solid cam please, i,e the cam positions, in/ex degrees for inital setup when you sell these cams... please. the cam was bought from yourselfs about 4 years ago if it makes any difference. but still has tsr 103 stamped on the end, with 4 x @s top and bottom. thank you
