guys can some help my mother in law has her micra insured with saga we tried to get my other half on as a named driver as she needs a car to learn in but they wont do it so the question can i take a second policy in my name with my other half as the named driver so 2 policys on one car?
the reason i ask is because we dont have another car to insure at the moment so i was going to take a second policy in my name on the micra with my wife as a named driver then move it over to another car once purchased it just means the micra would have 2 seperate policys for a short while ive had a quick look on the tinternet and it says you can but must let both insurance companys know when there is an claim as they would only payout 50% of the claim odd
