Chrome grill?

    Anyone know where i can get a chrome grill, plastic or the real thing as im thinking of a cool restoration, good old american muscle

    you can get full chrome mk2 grills on ebay.de like this one
    but not a fan

    HHHMMMM!!!! im going for black with lots of chrome, grill, mirrors, wheels ect ect........
    not to every ones taste but im a fan of muscle cars so thought i want something that stands out from the crowd so thanks for the link:thumbup:

    I considered it once for about 1/3 of a nano second....

    Ive popped one quickly on the front of this mk2..... should make a few folks frown [:x]

    Seen as your going with the black/chrome theme, why not go for a single headlight grill with the silver outline. Would look much better than a fully chromed one tbh :thumbup:

    I think the photo above, dont like the look of the whole chrome grill tooks cheap and tacky!

    i hate the full chrome one, you can even get one where each slat has a chrome edge to it.
    By far the best one is the early 7 slat with a chrome surround for that retro feel, but then i'm biased

    Seems to me there are a lot of RICHARDS or at least the short version on here, i asked where i could get one not if they looked gash, but cheers for the link & i will use google next time.

    Maybe because it will look gash? There's a reason no one does it....

    Just because it's unique doesn't mean it's good.
