Do we have some budding Graphic/Photoshop creators here?

If there are, Club GTI is asking for some people to come forward and design a new advert to be featured in The Golf+, Performance VW and other well established magazines.

The current advert appears in the magazines mentioned above, but is well out of date and desperately needs updating.

Ideally it will include the information already in the existing ad (although we have decided to remove the number of members) with the additional of emphasis of encompassing the whole "Performance" brands of the VAG group. Namely: Quattro, RS, Cupra, FR, vRS, GTI and R!
It also needs to remain ths size of the existing advert.
Minimalist, simple, but eye catching ar the key elements.

Please remember we are NOT allowed to use Corporate Logos, but we can use edited pictures of VAG cars!

I will try and sort some high quality images of the Club Logo. However, if possible could you scan the images from rabbit?

All the details are correct. All we need really is a updated version, that maybe includes the MK5 GTI, some sort of reference to the other performance brands of VAG (as listed in first post).

It needs to be simple, but eye catching. Tough task, but there are some really talented guys on here who can photoshop anything!

cheers mate, depending on when we you can get hold of an immage maybe the deadline could be flexable? or is that a dead cert for the next issue of pvw/golf+ etc?

What do you mean by not allowed to use corporate logos exactly?

Can we use car body parts for the pictures of the badges or is it no badges at all?

 

pics of badges on cars is fine, but we cant use the official logos cause of copyright.

 

what about if we took a photo of a badge, or is that pushing my luck?

The deadline is for entries only. The advert wont appear in a magazine until all adverts have been viewed and debated by the committee, and an winner chosen.

Taking pics of Car badges are fine, they are not copyright. Just blatant use of company Logos without permission in not allowed
