Simply set up a DD from his account (remember this happened to Clarkson recently) to: SOS Wildlife, RSPCA, Homeless Goldfish Fund etc etc to the value of your choosing.

I considered setting a direct debit up to a charity but I asked how I could legally stand with this from the police officer I work with - The fact that I've posted up on the forum about this could get me into a lot of trouble if a direct debit was taken from his account - Also if I was to post his bank details up here I would face responsible if anything happened to his account

I'm the sort of vindictive person that would exact a financial penalty on this chump to 10 times the valus of what I'm owed. As chopper says; "Harden the F**k up" and get those DD's set up. .

he text back banging on that he thinks it has been delivered and some other rubbish but he is talking out his a**e and most of his texts don't even make sense so im guessing he must be youngish

 

What a complete and utter arsehole! So he can reply to you but he won't reply to me?!

And he's lying - he said he'd send half of the money now, then the other half when he gets the grill back..


What do you's suggest I do? I'm not posting his bank details, despite what some of you say as I want to cover my own back with this.

I would give him a time limit to receive some funds, then if he doesn't come up with the goods then PM his account details to all the people that have been spamming people on here with parts for sale!!! lol

 

you could go on all the double glazing websites, all the health club websites and stick his phone number down on the 'interested' page. these people will pester him something crazy trying to flog him stuff!!!! ha ha

Just to clarify, the official Club GTI procedure is to ban a user and/or torture their cat? Or is there a more sensible answer, ie does the club have some kind of arbitration service, where they would listen to both sides and then make a recommendation.

At the end of the day, he has the money, and names won't hurt him, nor will being banned from a forum - thats not difficult to circumvent anyway.
